Whereas: the BNC as existing committee of the Barangay council concerning health of the constituents does not have an enough budget to realize they said project, Whereas: Clean and Green Program is a project that will answer the problem of the barangay in having a high rate of underweight children, Whereas: this project will help the constituents to be aware in their environment, Whereas: were asking tools (karmatilla,pala, kagkag,dust fan, asadol,grass cutter, trash can,) that may use for the said project and it may also use for gardening.
