Milestone 6 Evaluation and Personal Reflections AHMED ABU EIDA 1013517

1) In our project we faced a lot of problems and we try our best to solve it our main problem in this project that MESSI hotel group lost a lot of its customer due to the week service of the hotel and in our project throe this semester we solve this entire problem. The system that we build it were built to improve the excellence in the hotel and to help the employee and to fulfill the customer needs. 2) We have expire very good experience in this project the problem that happen in MEESI hotel group challenged us and make us more motivated to solve it and to make a huge change to this company and we try our best to do it. This project helps us to know to handle such problems in our future and carrier. The worst things that we faced are in the meeting and how to handle it ad decide which time to make it, because all the team member have other project and responsibility and it was the hardest thing. 3) We have to set a schedule in each time we do a project and. this schedule have to be respected from the team member and we have to meet as its scheduled so we can minimize the conflict between us. 4) At the beginning in the first milestone (proposal) it time 2 days for us to finish it first we decide which company to do our project on and then what is the main problem in the company. In milestone two we do the fishpond and its take from us 1 day we had do on it the development methodology, and the feasibility analysis all this thing we didnt face any problem on it because we do a practice for it in the class. In milestone 3 each on of us

use a methodology and do the requirement identification and specification and do his part on around 2 days then we collect each member part and set a meeting and makeup a conclusion for it. In milestone 4 we set as group and identify the problem that accord in MEESI hotel group and we had built the system that will help the company to improve it excellence and draw DFD proposal system and context diagram and its take from us 3 day for meeting and build the system. However in milestone 5 each one of the member draw DFD level 1 and 2, then we do the activity diagram for DFD, also each one of us do the interface design for the problem and its take from us 4 days due to the conflict with our exams in other subjects. Then in milestone 6 each one of us has to write about what he learned from the project and we expected to be done from each member in 2 day and what difficulties he faced and how he solve it. 5) We learn very important things from this project it will help us in our carrier and will increase our experience level since we can know what the system in the company is and it can be very useful to analysis any problem can happen in our future. And it help us to know how to manage the group and that is very helpful skills because we will need it in our future life for the carrier life and for the group project. 6) In the problem that we have faced we solve it through the corporate together on hand and that is very helpful this make us like one family we help each other and solve the problem for each one of us. We treat our group member like brothers and that help us to make our relationship strong .
