After enter the URL, Three types of authentication like CCE, Officer and Admin. Select CCE and write LoginId and Password.

After CCE login there are Nine options is available like: New Complaint, Forward Complaint, Follow Up Complaint, Search, Report, Summary, Alert Message, Escalation Mail, Signout.

When we click on New Complaint on DU Complaint and fill all the information related to machine and press Submit button.

After submission the complaint, Complaint No is Auto generated and select mail Id of related sales officer and AMC for sending mail

When we click on New Complaint on NDU Complaint and fill all the information related to machine and press Submit button.

After submission the complaint, Complaint No is Auto generated and select mail Id of related sales officer for sending mail

Select Forward Complaint of DU Complaint and select From, To date and Region.

After click on Forward link the Popup appears and in this insert Docket no by CCA Given by AMC.

Select Forward Complaint of NDU Complaint and select From, To date and Region.

After click on Forward link the Popup appears and in this insert Docket no by CCA Given by AMC.

Select Forward Complaint of Automation Complaint and select From, To date and Region

After click on Forward link the Popup appears and in this insert Docket no by CCA Given by AMC.

Select Follow Up Complaint of DU Complaint and select From, To date and Region.

After click on Forward link the Popup appears and in this insert complaint status by CCA Given by AMC.

Select Follow Up Complaint of NDU Complaint and select From, To date and Region.

After click on Forward link the Popup appears and in this insert complaint status by CCA Given by AMC

Select Follow Up Complaint of Automation Complaint and select From, To date and Region

After click on Forward link the Popup appears and in this insert complaint status by CCA Given by AMC

CCE can check Followup Details through complaint No.

CCE can check complaint status and all details through Search Option

CCE can view Reports related to given complaint no

CCE can view Reports related to given complaint no

CCE can view Reports related to given complaint no

CCE can view Summary of related Region. Summary shows Total, Solved, Pending complaint

As per instruction of HO CCE can send message .

In this option CCE can escalate the mail of senior officer as per rule
