Volunteers Resignation & Complaint

Management Module

User Manual - MPDO

Login Process:
➢ Visit the following link to access the portal: https://vcm.vsws.co.in/
Log into the portal using the existing login credentials of Hardware Management
Portal to access the portal.

Volunteer Resignation:

➢ Upon logging into the portal look for the tab named “ Volunteer Resignation”.
➢ Follow the instructions below specific details regarding the resignation of the
Volunteer:
● Select Secretariat from the dropdown menu corresponding to the Volunteer
● Select Cluster Code of the volunteer from the dropdown menu provided.
● Enter the Full name of the volunteer.
● Enter the CFMS ID of the volunteer.
● Enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number of the volunteer.
● Select the “Date of the Volunteer's resignation” from the calendar provided.

Note: Kindly ensure all details are accurately filled before submitting the form. Form
once submitted cannot be edited.
Note: Upon successful submission, a message will pop up as shown in the below
image.

Viewing Complaint Details:

1. Complaints raised by the district collector relevant to your mandal will be


displayed in the “Complaints-View” dashboard. Check for the complaints in the
“Open” status and click the “View details” button to resolve it.

2.Review the displayed complaints.

3.Click on the "View Details" button next to the complaint you wish to resolve.
1. The details of the complaint including any documents, evidence images, and
video uploaded will be shown.

Closing Complaints:
1. Verify all details of the complaint.

2. Proceed to resolve the complaint by following these instructions:


● Click on " Select the Action Taken"
3. Select the appropriate option based on the outcome of the enquiry:

● If the complaint is proven, select the option ‘Proved’ and enter the date of
termination of the Volunteer in the CFMS portal and upload the field
enquiry report document.

● If the complaint against the Volunteer is false, select the option "Not
proved" and upload the field enquiry report document.
● If the individual is not working as a Volunteer or has resigned as a
Volunteer, select the date of his/her resignation, date of termination in
CFMS Portal and upload the field enquiry report document.

● If the individual is not a Volunteer, upload the field enquiry report


document.

4. After submitting the enquiry results, the complaint status will be updated
accordingly and visible in the dashboard as shown in the below image.

Note : The same complaint status will also be visible in the Collector login.

Aggregate Report
Click on the “Aggregate Report” to view secretariat-wise complaints raised and closed
counts relevant to his/her Mandal based on the nature of complaint. The user can drill
down to secretariat level to view the individual level complaint details and their status.
The results can be downloaded by clicking on the “Download Complaint Aggregate
Report”
Action Taken Report:

Click on the “Action Taken Report” to view Secretariat-wise complaints raised and
closed counts relevant to his/her Mandal based on the “Action taken”.
