    Yes, it varies. Being nice symbolizes: Warm, Kindness, Eager to Cooperate, Good nature, Energetic and having good interpersonal skills. Every individual has different perception, behavior, temperament level, attitude towards Job. In Industries the scope and opportunities differs on the basis of perception among the people working in organization.

    Q3. How Comfortable would you be working in a Culture like that of Success Factors, where a certain level of niceness is part of the job description?
