Programa Stop Work Authority

Dar a todos los empleados la autoridad y responsabilidad para intervenir o detener una tarea sin miedo de represalias si ellos observan actos o condiciones insegura en el Sitio de Trabajo, o tienen una preocupacin referente a un riesgo de HSE.
Suplir cualquier otro programa de SWA provisto a Halliburton bajo un contrato o acuerdo de operacin en el sitio de trabajo. Cuando mltiples acuerdos o estndares proveen SWA, los empleados de Halliburton y contratistas debern utilizar el estndar mas seguro aplicable.

PM Ecuador - HSE Summary

LTI Subcontractor. During cementing of well Sacha 300V, two employees from a subcontractor were in the mud tanks area moving hoses. They support on the hand rail that fails, falling the two employees from a height of approximately 2.5m to the ground. They were moved to a medical center for evaluation and no fractures were founded. They were diagnosed with lumbar trauma and prescribe resting.

Subcontractor employee was painting a BOP he slipped and fell trapping his finger between the floor and the stair he was using causing a 3cm injury on his third finger that required stitches for treatment.
