Washing of a car
Washing and cleaning is a process that is very important in maintenance of various machines. While washing the car by hands it tends to be a exhausting process with repetitive and tiring jobs to be done again and again. So, today we have analyzed the steps involved and proposed a new idea for making this process easy and more efficient.

Things we need while washing

A dirty car 2 Buckets (capacity 20 liters each) 1 pipe 1 sprinkler head 1 brush 1 sponge

Assumptions
We assume the car is parked 20 meters away from the garage. Garage is the place from where we can get everything needed. The car is parked in such a way so that he has plenty of space around him to move and to do the task. The person washing the car is 160-170 cm in height. Movement is from car to garage, around the car and car to storage house.

Time taken to walk 20 m :- 15 seconds Time taken to walk 60 m :- 50 seconds Time taken to fill bucket by tap :- 1 minute 50 seconds Time taken to fill bucket by pipe :- 2 minutes Time taken to walk 20 m while holding buckets (2) :- 1 minute 20 seconds Time taken to gather stuff we need :- 4 minutes 30 seconds Time taken to wash the car completely :- 25 minutes

Examine
The task :- washing the car by hand Reason for doing it :- because the car was dirty and maintenance issues. Alternatives :- could ask help from professional cleaners or car wash drive thru. The location :- near by lawn The task performer:- the owner of the car or someone else.

Problems faced
Water can bounce back or some loose particle might bounce off and the soap might hurt the hands or eyes , so PPE, like rubber gloves anf eye goggles must be used. Stretching while reaching difficult spots , so a sponge stick instead of just a hand sponge must be used. Repetitive filling of buckets, carrying it , repetitive bending over for washing, carrying the different stuff. So CWT(car wash trolley).

Feasibility of CWT
Easy to store , maintain and use. Cost effective , material and building cost is not that high. Environment friendly. Saves extra effort and stress.
