• Fits PA’s vision of integration of workforce
development
• Provides a “Baseline” for all employment and training
programs
• Integral part of workforce program reform
• Applies similar standards to all workforce
development programs

• This search will show the names of job seekers
whose WIA Cycle will exit in the next 29 days or less.

• This means that they are 61 days past the last


estimated end date entered in the system or the WIA
hard exit

Performance Reporting (WISPR)
• PA has piloted WISPR along with Texas
beginning with the second quarter of PY06
• Standardization of data elements describing
activities of job seekers
• Utilizes a single set of data to show interaction
with the PA CareerLink system

WISRD - Individual Record Report


• Contains participant characteristics, activities, and
outcome information
• PA uses the Job Seeker User ID (JSUID) as the unique
identifier
• Submitted electronically for all applicable exiters as well
as literacy/numeracy participants on a quarterly basis
