Bluepeter a diversified group, with products & services ranging from
auto ancillary sheetmetal components / assemblies, press tools / dies /
jigs / fixtures, household sheetmetal items to bathroom radiators / central
heating systems and automotive engineering solutions to quality
consultation.

'Bluepeter name is synonymous with consistent quality, cost
competitiveness & customer satisfaction-to-delight.

Bluepeter group company M/s Horizon, is an ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified
1st tier sheetmetal OEM supplier to some of the automobile giants
nationally & internationally like M/s Maruti Suzuki, M/s Honda (India &
UK), etc and 2nd tier supplier to M/s GM, etc. Horizon core competence is
in designing progressive press tools / dies / jigs & fixtures, concept
designing & various other automotive engineering design solutions;
manufacturing progressive / dies press tools / jigs & fixtures and
prototyping; sheetmetal assemblies. It also exports its designs and dies /
tools to reputed big automotive companies in Europe. Other companies
of Bluepeter: Q + deal in - quality consultation providing latest in ISO
9001, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 18001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, Kaizen, 5-S, VA/VE;
Bruk - saddle / seat assemblies, file cover & pouch sealing /
manufacturing; Eurotech - trading and installation of central heating
systems, exporting bathroom radiators.

Bluepeter belief in providing the best to its customers and personnel
paved way to the alliances it have had during its journey all these
years
All the tie-ups have been done strategically to enhance Bluepeter
technical know-how, capacity & network; and in the process also have
provided many friends. BLUEPETER takes pride in maintaining &
working with them over the time, sustaining both sides competitive
edge.
It all started when GM approaching Bluepeter for Jack assembly way
back in 1995. Bluepeter tied up with one of the best German jack R&D
and manufacturing company, M/s Stroz. This tie-up helped Bluepeter
to ensure quality-cost competitive product to GM. This also sowed
seeds in Bluepeter personnel for the next big step, indigenizing the
mechanical jack which now it supplies to M/s Maruti-Suzuki.
Bluepeter has always tried to keep up beat with the industry trend to
maintain its competitive edge. To fulfill the same, in 1997 it tied-up
with one of the Italian companies, M/s Olas known for its expertise in
progressive press dies / tools. This was done at a time when no one
considered India to be hub for manufacturing compound press dies /
tools let alone progressive. Along with dies / tools, Bluepeter also
started exporting press tool designs to Italy.

alliances in 2007 with yet another best in
tooling industry, M/s Meccanotecnica
(Italy).

Findings
Most of customers are satisfied with the company products.
To increase the sale of the company the company should
produce some new products & also increase the products
category.
To increase the sale, the company should make some more
plants.
Most of the customers are aware of the company products.
Time to time company take the response form the customers
which helps the company in increase the sale.
Company should give advertisement in news papers & local
T.V. channels.
Although the quality of the company is very good but every
thing need to maintain, so is the quality of the products.
SUGGESTIONS
To increase the sale products, different
advertisement at local level where the sale
is quit high.
Time to time take the response from the
consumers.
Some of the product lunch on low prices
that target the middle class consumers.
Company adopt the different-different
policies time to time for increasing the
products.
CONCLUSION
Consumer plays a very vital role in every
society. Understanding the consumer
behavior of the target market is essential task
of marketing manager under the marketing
concept.
Every new day is a source of inspiration &
learning new traits of the market, listening to
customers suggestions, complaints & their
willingness to support is the scenario of the
whole day.
