Parent Seminars, Contact &


Support
It is a vital part of our relationship with each player we fully
communicate with the parents/parent of each boy and support them in
every way possible in regard to that child's personal development.
Seminars will be provided to share with parents knowledge on nutrition
as well as responding to behaviour and discipline issues at home and at
school. The welfare of the child must be at the forefront of our
relationship with his family in his football development at all times.
Coaches must be considerate and understanding in all meetings with
parents and must attempt to deliver these in a humble way in all
circumstances. The full-time youth phase coach is responsible for this
with the Academy Manager or Head of Coaching.
