Learning objectives

 The Personal Development Module has the


following objectives:
– To improve self esteem
– to learn how to manage aggression in
circumstances related to work and life in groups
– to learn strategies to respond to Problems &
Stress (addressing aspects of “Managing Peer
Pressure”)
– to be able to develop realistic goals
– to understand “trust” in different situations

 The Learning objectives of the second module,
Work Preparation, are:
– Demonstrate knowledge of how behaviour affects
colleagues and clients
– Demonstrate an understanding of the need for loyalty and

– Demonstrate an awareness of line management structures
– Demonstrate an understanding of the benefits of training
development
