Recruitment Process of Temporary Worker:


Any department requiring engagement of temporary workers may
raise the requisition for such engagement with proper
justifications to the HR department. After verification, HR
department return the requisition form to the concerned
department with its comments for onward submission to the
managing director for his approval. On receipt of the approval,
HR department will process the selection process. b) Engagement
Process of Casual Workers: On receipt of the approved, HR
department will arrange engagement of casual worker as per
requirement.

This is strictly followed by the selection board that is empowered by the


organization to avoid any unfair activities during hiring employees

Most of the employees are highly motivated and satisfied working with their
seniors and subordinates.

Recommendations

To make recruitment and selection process more effective


Top management should response promptly about their final selection
decision to the HR team

Top management should make the total recruitment and selection procedure
easier and faster to overcome all the drawbacks of present hiring procedure

Eskayef Bd ltd. should too much careful about Recruitment and selection
process

HR should ensure a number of new training rooms to conduct training


smoothly.
