without communicating to Sashi the

to tighten up the database

designed after probing several
alternatives.
A training programme was conducted
so as to brief up the employees
about the new system.

Complications

client service and sales executives.
Ravi Saxenas additional conduct code
was criticized by large by the client
service and media planning departments
due to such stringent measures.
Absenteeism in data processing cell
increase upto 35%.
Sashi requested for a transfer.

Corrective Measures
Reena Dey in regard to her suspicion
must interact with Sashi (IT Head).
The IT department must then track
and detect whether such data leak
occurred or not.
If proved formal enquiry could be
conducted.
Such measures would avoid the
possibility of mistrust and
misinterpretation.

Corrective measures
The additional conduct code adopted
by Ravi Saxena could be avoided so
as to enable easy accessibility of the
data.
Data processing system must not
hamper the workflow and clientconsultant relationship.
The data processing would be quick
(easy accessibility) which would
further reduce the data processing

Conclusion
Effective communication must be
promoted at all managerial level to
evade misinterpretations and
mistrust. Protocols must not be so
stringent that would hamper the
workflow of the organisation thereby
losing clients. Clients, the crucial
factor in the business.
