Open Channel Flow Analysis Techniques

This document outlines objectives for analyzing open channel flow, including computing the hydraulic radius and slope, using Manning's equation to analyze uniform flow, defining critical flow, subcritical flow, and supercritical flow, computing normal discharge and depth, and designing open channels for uniform flow transmission. It also covers defining the Froude number and specific energy, as well as critical depth, hydraulic jumps, and using weirs and flumes to measure open channel flow.
