Introduction
In this proyect we pretend to develop
an ecological and natural product. This
product have to comply with standards
of nature conservation removing
chemical products of its structure and
being replaced by natural products.

The product is a shampoo. By

definition a shampoo is a cosmetic
product intended to cleaning hair. Also
industrial products have chemical
components that damage the scalp

PRO CESS

1. In first place, add 200ml in a Beaker of distillated water and heat it

in a heating equipment until it boil.

2. In second place, measure 175 ml of the boiled water and boil it
again
3. Cut neutral toilet soap in small pieces, weight 17,5 g and add into
the beaker with boiling water.
4. Stir quickly the solution, and this will have a White color.
5. Next, retire the heating equipment and add 3,5 ml of glycerin and
continue stirring but slowly this time.
6. Add 5,8 ml of Coconut Oil stirring slowly.
7. Mesure pH and Temperature
8. Then, If it has between 40 and 45 grades of temperature and if it
has pH in 11 it is necessary to add a quantity of citric acid to
regulate pH. In a shampoo pH have to be between 5,5 and 6.
9. Add 3,5 ml of vanilla essence and continue stirring slowly.
10.Measure the temperature, if it is room temperature, add 0,88g of
dissolved in water sodium benzoate
11.Next, prepare a container with cold water and put in this the
beaker and add approximately 10 g of guar gum stirring quickly
12.Sterilize the glass bottle with alcohol.
13.Finally, bottle the shampoo and label it.

If it is Necessary add a quantity of citric acid to
regulate pH
Add vanilla, sodium benzoate and guar gum.

Is posible to develop an ecological

shampoo because its components are
not expensive and the process to
develop it exist. This shampoo comply
with the preservation with the
environment and dont damage the
scalp.
