Public Private Partnership and CSR

1. Partnerships can be established with government and or private bodies.


The partners may include governmental/non-governmental bodies,
alumni, parents, and the community at large.

2. Parental involvement is much encouraged as a form of outreach.

3. Outreach can also be conducted between schools that share best


practices.

4. The aim of partnership is to share expertise and provide support to the


implementation of HIP activities in schools.

5. Support can be shared in terms of expertise, time and resources.

6. All activities in outreach must be done outside classroom hours.

Model : Process flow for Partners to implement in-school activities
(PPP)

1 Prepare proposal according to set outline To be provided to Partner (by ELTC):


i. Required outline of proposal
ii. Contact details of JPN Directors
Submit proposal (hard copy) to JPN iii. Contact details of Unit Perhubungan
2 Director (send copies to BPSH and ELTC) officer at JPNs

After 3 working days, Partner may


JPN (Unit Perhubungan) assesses
3 proposal within 10 working days
contact Unit Perhubungan at JPN to
check status of application

JPN sends approval letter to Partner (or


4 request for more information)

Once letter is received, Partner may


5 approach schools directly

Partner submits report to JPN, BPSH and Action by Partner
