Higher cost

- government spend a lot of electronic facilities and new book

Not much democratization in education

- student have no choice on what to learn and when to sit for exam

- they dont have enough time to study and understand the lesson as

they have different ability to learn

Lack of technological infrastructure and teaching materials

in school in rural area

- dont have much chance to be exposed to technology

- limited internet connectivity

- Are not involved in this project

- Busy upgrading their life and providing better environment to their children

5. Courseware

- Learning materials are differ with the needs and abilities of the student

- Need to be developed for all subject to achieve High Order Thinking

- No assessment and checkpoint for the teachers


6. Infrastructures and Facilities

- ICT in education need many high-technology fscilities

- Cost of maintainance fees are high

- Lack of manpower to handling the technical problem

- If problems occur during lesson plan, teacher and student waste time for the
technichian
