According to OSHA, you must maintain an employee's
medical records for the duration of employment plus
30 years.
Records include employment medical questionnaires
or histories, results of laboratory tests or medical
screening, or physicians' opinions from work-related
injuries or illnesses.
Develop a system to maintain these records and to
ensure that they are kept in confidence.
