Vegetable Fired Noodles

Raw Food Materials

1. Handmade Noodles
2. An egg
3. A carrot.
4. A tomato
5. Shallot
6. Some flavors like
salt, soybean sauce,
and pepper.
Step by step
1. Wash dirt off food materials and cut them
into pieces(except noodles and egg).
2. Put noodles into boiled water about 3
minutes and pour noodles into a colander.
3. Rinse noodles with fresh cold water and add
some cooking oil on the noodles(in case that
noodles become sticky).
4. Pour noodles into a frying pan with some
cooking oil, cooked vegetables and stir fry for
4 minutes.
5. Before putting them on the plate, add various
spices and make them mixed.
