AUTOMATIC VEHICLE SMOKE

ANALYSER
An analyser for the control of exhaust gases from
gasoline ,petrol and diesel engines; it
integrates non dispersive infrared (NDIR)
detectors for the measure of CO, CO2 , HC and
electrochemical sensors (ECD) for O2 and NO.

Gas sensors are placed in silencer of vehicle which

detect the amount of smoke exhausted by vehicle
and send data to the microcontroller
Microcontroller then matches the data with the
upper set limit.
If the amount of smoke detected by the sensor is
more than the upper sent limit then
microcontroller switches off the engine.
If the amount of smoke detected by the sensor is
less than the set limit then microcontroller again
send signal to sensor to detect smoke.
