Aji de gallina

R INGREDIENTS
E 1 whole chicken breast or chicken with
bone
C 3 yellow peppers
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
I 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
4 halves of walnuts
P 2 packets of soda crackers or 2 slices of
bread.
E 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
2 potatoes cut in slices
Black olives
1 boiled egg
Rice
Lettuce
Oil

JORGE: Hello Abegail, good morning.
ABI: Hi Jorge, good morning.
JORGE: How are you?.
ABI: I am so great.Thanks you. And you?
JORGE: I am fine.
ABI: humm, Im hungry.
JORGE: oh, lets make a Aji de gallina.
ABI: That sound great. What do we need?.
JORGE: Ok. It says here you need 3 yellow peppers. Do we have any yellow peppers?
ABI: No,we dont, but we can buy in the supermarket. Its important.
JORGE: ok. Now we need some garlic cloves, 1/2 cup of evaporated milk, 4 halves of walnuts, 2
tablespoons Parmesan cheese, Salt and pepper.
ABI: Hey look here. It says you need 1 whole chicken breast. Do we have any whole chicken breast?
JORGE: No, we dont, but it doesnt matter; we have some chicken with bone. That will do.
ABI: Well, we dont have 2 packets of soda crackers.
JORGE: Never mind. We can use 2 slices of bread.
ABI: Ok. And then we need a large onion, 2 potatoes cut in slices, black olives, 1 boiled egg, rice,
lettuce and oil.
JORGE: ok! Lets begin!
