    System: combination of several interrelated
    components.
    Changes in one component will affected to other
    components.

    Land use is a land regulation on land that still
    vacant in a region scope.
    On each part of land, there is a typical activity
    which does not occur in other parts of land.
    Various of human needs, cant be fulfill only on
    one Land Use.
