    1. Be informed the human factor s, contribution on aircraft accident


    , the statistics of aircraft accident and incident aircraft and the
    causes.
    2. Be informed the dirty dozen anticipated the human error the
    human error which causes accident and incident on aircraft.
    3. Understand safety culture related to maintenance works
    4. Understand human error, human performance and the limitation
    related to maintenance works.
    5. Understand factors affecting performing (Physical, Psychological,
    social and Environment).
    6. Have knowledge on the procedure information, tools and
    practices.
    7. Have knowledge on the basic communication.
    8. Have knowledge on the factors affecting human performance and
    safety. (teamwork, professionalism and integrity).
