Suspiro de limeña
• It is an emblematic dessert of Lima. It is prepared with
blancmange, milk, sugar and yolks. And sprinkled cinnamon.
Mazamorra morada

• It is an emblematic dessert of Peru and typical of Lima. It is prepared with


purple corn, an ingredient of Peruvian origin, with which the famous chicha
morada is also prepared.
Ponderaciones

• Delicious dessert a very light fried pasta made of flour and egg,
with blancmange and covered with powdered sugar.
Cocadas
• It is another dessert that was prepared initially in Peru by the
convent nuns. It is made with grated coconut, milk, white sugar
or blonde.
Bienmesabe

• It is a very old dessert of Spanish origin, but it has been


included in Peru ingredients such as sweet potato,
lucuma, pumpkin loche or cherimoya.
