1.Pancakes
Pancake is a culinary preparation obtained by baking a thin sheet of dough
made from wheat flour, eggs, milk, water and salt, usually round in shape,
filled with jam, marmalade, jam, chocolate, sweet cheese or cottage cheese,
eaten as and dessert.
•250 g flour
•550 ml of milk
•3 eggs
•40 ml oil/melted butter
•1 pinch of salt
•1 vanilla pod (only the seeds)
2.Brownie
brownie is one of the most beloved desserts in our country and in every
family there is someone, grandmother or mother, who knows how to
prepare a tray of negresa that will make you clap your hands.
•250 ml of milk
•250 g flour
•200 g brown sugar
•100 g melted butter
•50 g cocoa
•5 g baking powder
•3 eggs
•2 sachets of vanilla sugar
•a little salt
3.Martyrs
•3 eggs;
•1 cup of sugar;
•1 cup of flour;
•½ cup/cups of oil;
•½ cup/cups of milk;
•1 teaspoon of baking powder;
•Salt.
