 The statute is a state law that has legal force that is binding, held and maintained by
the state authorities.
 Habit (costum), is a human act that is still done repeatedly in the same thing. When
a certain habit is accepted by society, and the habit is repeatedly done in such a way
that the action contrary to the habit is perceived as a violation of the feelings of the
law, hence comes the custom of law, which by association is called law. For
example: a commissioner once receives a 2.5% commission on the sale of a house
as a wage and this happens over and over again and another same 2.5%
commosioner becomes a customary law.
 Judge decisions (jurisprudentie).
 Treaty. If two people agree (consensus) about a thing, then they are called to enter
into an agreement. As a result of the agreement, the parties concerned are bound by
the contents of the agreement that they held it. If the agreement is made by two or
more countries it is called an international treaty or agreement or an agreement
between countries. The treaty also binds the concerned citizens. If the treaty is held
by two countries called a bilateral treaty such as a treaty between the Government
of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and the Government of
the People's Republic of China (RRC) on "citizenship". If the agreement is held
more than 2 countries called multilateral treaties such as NATO followed by several
European countries.
