McCombs Template Usage Notes

 Slide Selection: You can select and modify any of the existing slides in the template, or you can create a
new slide employing the template’s Master pages
 Placing Text: Select and delete the sample text in the slides, and add your own. Your new text should retain
the formatting of the template
 Placing Images: The images in this template are placed in picture placeholders.
 To reliably size a new image to fit in the placeholders, first right-click the image that you want to replace and select
“Change Picture” (see example below.) Then navigate to your new image and click “Insert.” Your new image should
now fit within the boundaries of the picture placeholder box
 To fill a picture placeholder with an image, first click and delete the current image, and then click the icon in the
placeholder to “insert picture from file”
