1. Arrival details
I plan to arrive in San Francisco on February 27 (Sunday)
at 9:15 A.M. on Flight No. UA844 (I will let you know as
soon as possible if there is any change).
My colleague and I are planning to visit ABC Institute
from March 15 to April 9, 1993. We will arrive in Munich
on March 14. The flight schedule is as follows:
Flight: KL-878
Departure: Taipei March 13, Saturday, 19:35
Arrival: Amsterdam March 14, Sunday, 06:00
Flight: KL-233
Departure: Amsterdam March 14, Sunday, 09:50
Arrival: Munich March 14, Sunday, 11:15
2. Hotel reservations
I would like to make a hotel reservation for three
single rooms from March 19 to March 22 (four
nights), and another single room from March 21
to March 22 (two nights). My colleagues and I
will arrive at 8 p.m. on March 19, and will be
registered under the names of Mr. Chang, Mrs.
Wu, Mr. Lin (March 19 to March 22), and Ms.
Chu (March 21 to March 22).
Would you please reserve hotel
accommodations (within walking distance of
ABC, about $US 100 per night) for me?
3. Long term accommodations
Thank you for your fax regarding the accommodations
during my guest working period. As you suggested, I will
rent a one-room apartment for at least one month.
However, I still need to know the following:
*The monthly rent for a lease of six months
*What facilities there are in the apartment
*Whether the apartment is within walking distance from
the institute?
Enclosed please find my confirmation of one month's
rental.
If there are any further developments, I'll keep you
informed. Thank you again for your generous help.
