Screw Jack
• In this project we designing a motorized screw jack
system.
• For lifting heavy loads we use a jack, when it is
motorized it becomes more convenient.
• We use a screw jack which is generally use to lift the
car when its wheel need to be repaired
• And the motorized jack is operated through switch
which have control of lifting up and down of the jack
• we given a power supply to the motor and it drives
chain assembly which connected the shaft gear
system and the gear arrangement drive to screw jack system

Materials Used:
• The components used are
1. Screw jack
2. Dc gear motor
3. Chain drive
4. Rechargable Battery
5. DPDT switch
• they are the proposed material for the new system , except the
screw jack
Advantages of the system:

• Main reason for the system to avoid the fatigue of human during
lifting load
• It will reduce cost and good efficient for working
• No physical labour or man power is required to lift a car
• Easy to handle
• cheap
• Light weight
• It is useful for ladies and old age people who can’t change
puncher tyre when they are lonely on road
• They can be used in industries like cement factory , outdoor
material lifting ,grain packaging.
