Conclusion
 IPCC is the appropriate method to estimate the emission
reduction of installing LED in power plant

 Cost effectiveness US$ 250 – 300 per tonCO2 annually

 Before Indonesia’s Ratification on Minamata Convention


in 2017, the power plant has planned to Replace 2334 CFL
bulbs since 2011 avoiding 1026 mg Mercury
