2009 Membership Drive:
Double active membership
 Spring into action: Encourage a new person to join CSMG
and receive an official Booth nametag for FREE.
 Here’s how it works:
 All current CSMG members are eligible to recruit new
members for this drive. Multiple referrals are encouraged.
 Once you have identified a new member for CSMG, have
them sign up via Acteva.com and fill out the referral
information (see next page).
 All new referred memberships for the contest need to be
signed up and paid by September 26, 2009.
 Nametags will be ordered through the normal buying
process, with orders going in at the end of September.
 These nametags have been free in the past, but this
year they will cost you $15, so get yours now by
simply referring one new member to CSMG.
 Bonus plan: Refer 4 or more new members and get a free
nametag and box of business cards!
