(ABD Updation of Auxiliary Network in GIS/NE)

Introduction
“Data integrity is the maintenance of, and the assurance of the accuracy and
consistency of, data over its entire life-cycle”.

To ensure Data Integrity and accuracy as per the executed work , ABD (As-Built
Drawings) are being uploaded in GIS/NE for further future Real-Time Monitoring of
sites during Operation.

• ABD Pendency along with its criticality has been informed to respective SCH/EL and are being monitored on regular basis during the
weekly VC with all states to close the ABD BTG Gap.
• All circles are told to submit the Liquidation plan for ABD Link updation in GIS/NE
Mitigation Plan For Closing ABD BTG

• Team Strength of Construction GIS Manpower to be enhanced.

• Team Strength of Circle NPE Team to be enhanced for faster PDA generation, as
same Team are busy with FTTX, Intracity, Auxiliary links updation.
• Data submission from Field to Construction/Circle GIS to be expedited.
• ECN Issues to be resolved on priority for uploading of ABD in GIS/NE.
• Data recovery of old RFE2 links to be expedited at circle level where FE/MPCM
have changed.
• Pursuing NHQ GIS/NPE Team for formulation of Guideline for ABD updation of Co-
Located sites.
• Guideline to be formulated by NHQ GIS/NPE Team for sites which are RFE2 done
on Interim UBR and on Aerial till UG permission is granted.
