• Made of wheat flour (in place of maida).

KARACHI COOKIES
 1 cup whole wheat flour  1 tsp Mix fruit essence (You can
also use vanilla + pineapple
essence)
 ½ cup maida  ¼ cup milk powder
 ½ cup vanilla custard powder  3 tsp baking powder
 ½ cup tutti fruity and cashew  5 tsp baking soda

 150 gm powdered sugar  Amul butter salted
• METHOD:

• Step 1 Mix all ingredients (except sugar, fruity and cashew nuts) and sieve
once
• .
• Step 2 Take a bowl, add 150 gm butter and add ¾ th cup of sugar. Whip it
till it is smooth and fluffy. Now add oil and mix it well. Now add mixed fruit
essence. Then add dry ingredient mixture (Add in 2 parts. First pour half, mix it
well and again pour and mix it well). Now add tutti fruity and cashew nuts. Make a
dough. You can make your desired shape or roll it and cut in different shapes. Keep
the shapes for ten minutes (you can start with next step of pre-heating)

• Step 3 Preheat microwave in convection mode at 220 degree for 10 mins.
Bake cookies and microwave at 180 degree for 12-15 mins (Time varies based on
cookies’ size please keep monitoring after 10 mins).

• Note:- For OTG pre-heat at 150 degrees for 10 mins and bake also at 150 degrees
for 10 mins (Keep monitoringg in OTG bake at symbol .=“
CHOCO-CHIP COOKIES
1 cup whole wheat ½ cup powdered
flour sugar
½ cup choco chips 4 tsp baking soda
¼ cup milk powder 150 gm amul butter
(salted)
¼ tsp cinnamon 120 ml oil
powder
4 tsp baking powder
Method :

Step 1. Mix all dry ingredients (except sugar and sieve it one
time.

Step 2. Take a bowl, add 150 gm butter and cup of sugar Whip
It till it is smooth and fluffy Now add oil and mix it well. Now
add dry ingredient mixture ( add in 2 parts first pour half, mix it
well and again pour and mix it well) make a dough .You can
make your desired shape or fold and cut in different shapes.
Keep the shapes for 10 mins (you can start with next step of
pre-heating)

Step 3. Heat microwave in convection mode at 220 degree for

 1 cup Muesli  50 ml oil
 1 cup wheat flour  ¼ tsp baking powder
 1 cup powdered sugar  1 sp vanilla or almond essence or ¼ sp
cinnamon plus nutmeg powder
 100 gms butter

Method :

Step 1. In a bowl, add butter and oil, and mix well

Step 2. Now add vanilla essence and powdered sugar and mix well till it gets fluffy.

Step 3. Now mix atta and baking powder and muesli in a plate and mix well.

Step 4. Now add the mixture to the bowl and mix it well using hands (gently). Now press it with hands to a round shape and
bake it.

Note: - To make the cookies crispier outside and softer inside, after making the shape dip it in milk and roll it in crushed corn
flakes and bake. Pre heat and baking time is the same.
