Every individual has the right to life, liberty and personal security.
No one will be subject to slavery or servitude
All people are equal regardless of our origin, ethnicity, color, sex,
language, religion, political opinion or any other condition.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading
treatment or punishment.
Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of their work, to just and
favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
Everyone has a right to
citizenship.
Everyone has the right to rest, to the enjoyment of free time, to a
reasonable limitation of the duration of work and to periodic paid
vacations.
We are all equal before the law and we have, without distinction, the
right to equal protection of the law.
