 Hospital Management provides a direct
link between healthcare facilities and
those supplying the services they need.
This reference resource provides a one-
stop-way for professionals and decision
makers within the hospital management,
healthcare and patient care industries.

 Liaquat National Hospital is the largest
private sector care hospital of the city.
Through the years, LNH has maintained its
identity and followed its mission of providing
affordable and high quality healthcare to all
classes of society. LNH is dedicated
towards serving humanity irrespective of
caste, creed, color or religion; with a desire
to develop and maintain itself as an of
excellence in healthcare.

LNH MANAGEMENT
 a compilation of important facts of a
patient's life and health history, including
past and present illness and treatment,
written by the health professionals
contributing to that patient's care. The
health record must be compiled in a
timely manner and contain sufficient data
to identify the patient, support the
diagnosis, justify the treatment, and
accurately document the results.
LNH MANAGEMENT
 LNH all department maintains all these
information and timely provides whenever
required especially at time of patient care.
 Currently LNH are also working on
Hybrid type of health records system
(CPR-Computerized patient records) and
planning to move on EHR (Electronic
Health Records) soon as possible.

assurance by conducting and running;

 Periodic audits of shelve Health records
 Aging repots of overdue file
 Periodic TAT reports (turn around times)

rather looking narrow way.
