Conclusion
According to the surveys carried out in the city of
Cuenca, most of the tourists said that the
accommodation and the services are very good, but
that they would like the hotels to offer tours around the
city. Also 50% of tourists said that the reason for their
trip is for vacations and that the hotels meet their
expectations.
