The majority of people who


responded to my survey were
female (13 females) additionally,
there was only 3 male respondents
who filled out the survey

For question 2 I found that the majority of my responses


were mainly those of which who are between 17 and 18
years old. I found that I have one person who completed
my survey to be in their 50’s

I found that the majority of the respondents


preferred to listen to Capital radio. BBC radio 1
only had one respondent who listens to it.

All respondents apart from one agreed that the


music/charts is the most intriguing part of the radio.
The remaining person said they prefer humour.

The majority suggested that they listen mainly to music


via car radios the additional two respondents said they
listen through technological devices.

7 people in the survey responded to listening


to the radio once or twice a week. 3 said
rarely, 3 said most days and another 3 people
said everyday. This shows that people don’t
listen to the radio that much.

Most people said they prefer to listen to the radio so that they
can listen to music and the charts. 2 people said they do to listen
to their preferred hosts 1 person said to hear sports news and
one person pressed other.

There was respondents for each choice. 8 people said


they listen to music most in the morning 2 said late
morning. 2 suggested afternoon 2 suggested evening
and 2 said they listen to the radio at night.

9 people said they would listen to a magazine radio show. 8


people said they wouldn’t so the answers averaged out to
be equal.

12 respondents portrayed that the values of radio shows


does intrigue them 6 people who had answered said that
it doesn’t intrigue them, this may suggest that they don’t
listen as often or they may not understand the core
values.
