To create a mobile platform through which we engage college students and bring out the Munch
Nuts (Go Nuts About It) brand experience

Touch Points
• The idea is to create an On-the-Go Music Festival that goes across colleges including artists performing
on the Festival Bus, with each member of the audience being given wireless headphones to listen and
groove to the music
• There will no speakers present and the sound will only be transmitted to the wireless headsets
• The concept will give the audience an exclusive experience of a LIVE music festival, without hampering
surroundings with noise in any form
• A section near the bus will be created that will act as the floor of the concert, along with other
portable food/drink stalls being present to provide the students the Munch Nutty Experience
• The look and feel of the entire section and the bus, will be designed with the feel of Musical Dance
Festival so as to the give the students a complete concert experience

• Pre-hype – Students come and register themselves at Munch Nuts website and on social
media pages In order to complete the registration process the TG will have to upload their
Phase 1 pictures/ selfies with the Munch Nuts party frames
• Main activity – Here the students participate in the headphone party. The party will include
music from various artists, a mock tail bar and Munch Nutty snack bar
Phase 2
• Amplification – During the party a selfie camera will allow the participants to upload the
pictures to their social media pages. Videos of the party will also be uploaded on the next day
Phase 3
Pre-Hype
• We put up funky posters across notice boards, art societies, cafeterias and auditoriums ( subject
to permissions ) announcing the arrival of Munch Nuts party bus
• We rope in a popular Radio station to integrate our content and announce the campaign
• We create a widget on Facebook app for registrations, participants can log in and register using
the same
• To complete the registration process the TG will have to change their profile picture with a
branded frame
• TG will be asked to select any of their existing profile picture or upload new
• A pre designed Munch Nuts frame will be added to the picture and the processed picture is changed to
the user’s profile picture
• Post registrations, the participant gets regular updates and news about the brand and contest

• Fills up the registration form online, upload a new or select an existing picture

• We park the bus within the college or near the college compound
• The location will be confirmed with the college authority
• A local police/ municipal permission will be taken in advance
• Recee will be done well in advance to ascertain smooth execution possibilities
• A makeover session will be put up so that girls/ guys and get a quick makeover
• The TG will be offered headphones which will have two/ three channels playing music from
different DJs
Activity
• Students can enjoy a mock tail and Munch Nuts at the snack bar
• Pre fixed cameras (still & motion) will cover the party
• Videos and picture montage from the party will be shared on college websites and on student
timelines in order to increase the reach to the right TG
