What is passive voice?

The passive voice is a style of writing where what


would be the object of a sentence becomes the
subject of the sentence.

• In negative sentence, we just simply add “not”
after “have/has”
*English has not been studied by us for a year
• Sentence in the form of a question, then we
simply move "Have / Has" to the beginning of
the sentence
* Has English been studied by us for a year?
Example:
•The music has been listened by him for an hour
• A letter has been sent by her
•The music has not been listened by him for an
hour
• Has the letter been sent by her?
•A new job has been started by my sister this
week.
•Their paper has already been submitted
• Your application has been verified
• My credit card has been used to buy airline
tickets
• Some money has just been given to me
