• 2x2 is the same as 2+2. Both equal 4
• 3x4 is the same as 3+3+3+3. Both equal 12
Division Lesson

• Opposite of Multiplication
• If 4x2=8
• Take the answer 8 and
divide it by either 2 or 4 and
you will get the right
answer.
• 8/2=4
• 8/4=2
Fraction Lessons

• Top number (numerator)

divided by bottom number
(denominator)
• ¾ equals .75
• 8/2 equals 4
