Organizing is the process of bringing together physical, financial &
human resources and developing productive relationships amongst them for achievement of organizational goals. Organizing The Process of Organizing involves the following steps: Determination of Objectives Division of Activities Fitting individuals to specific jobs Staffing Staffing Controls all RECRUITMENT and Personal Needs of the organization.
The main purpose of staffing is to hire the right people for the right jobs to achieve the objectives.
Staffing involves more than just recruitment; Staffing encompasses
training and development, performance appraisals and promotions. Directing Directing is a life-spark of the organization, which sets it in MOTION, The ACTIONS of people.
Directing involves guiding and leading subordinates.
The superior should indicate in his subordinate a keen appreciation of
the organizational: Traditions, Culture, history, Objectives and Vision & Mission Controlling Is the process of CHECKING whether or not proper PROGRESS is being made towards the objectives & goals and acting if necessary to correct any DEVIATION.
Controlling is Checking the work accomplished against plans or
standards and making corrections when new developments or unforeseen events necessitates.
