1. PLANNING

• A process by which you think in advance what you need to do.

• It is also a forward looking and future oriented.
• Involves determining the organization’s goals and
performance objectives, defining strategic actions
that must be done to accomplish them and
developing coordination and integration
activities.
2. ORGANIZING

• It is a process in which you are arranging group of people and getting the
works done.
• Assigning the people the responsibilities and specific jobs;
• Giving the people authorities.
• Demands assigning tasks, setting aside funds, and bringing harmonious
relations among the individuals and work groups or teams in the
organization.

skeletal of human body.
• It is a stare way that organization structure is a framework in
organization because it represents the different level and it gives
clearly who are the people on the top and who are the people in
the middle and in the lower level.
