Coal Dosing Problem :


– Current moisture content of fine coal bin
blockage, also flow of fine coal to kiln and calsiner
unstable.
– Unstable coal feeding to burning system cause
build up, hight freelime, mainly kiln rate decrease,
and start-stop kiln, its lead to increase energy
consumtion both electricity and thermal.
