DESIGN OBJECTIVE

THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT ARE:-

Carrying out a complete analysis and design of the main structural

elements of a multi-story building including slabs ,columns ,shear
walls.

Using codes IS 875 (dead load, live load, wind load, load
combination) are assigned.

Getting familiar with structural software's(Staad Pro ,AutoCAD).

Getting real life experience with engineering practices.

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION
MODELING:
The project will involve doing the following mandatory
procedures:
Create a model of a G+6 (6 stories) Story building in STAAD
Pro. The Plan of the building has a regular beam and column arrangement
through 6 stories. Story heights are as follows-for all six stories 11 ft. The
small squares indicate column locations. The Columns are identified by
center lines.

Modeling structure indicates : (nodes, beams and columns)using STAAD

Pro ,all primary load cases and LRFD load Combinations. Analyze the
structure and prepare table of member forces in frame members .
 PROJECT IMPACT

My project is used to construct a shopping mall building in my

district .Which is mostly creates impact in infracture industry
because it include zone 1,2,3,4,5&6 area of shopping mall in
one efficiency control over city and economic.
