PROJECT DOUBLE BARREL
o Upper Barrel - PROJECT HVT and Lower Barrel - PROJECT TOKHANG. o The conduct of PROJECT TOKHANG in all drug-affected barangays throughout the country in coordination with the Local Government Units (LGUs) particularly the Provincial/City/Municipal/ Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADACs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), stakeholders, and other law enforcement agencies. o There are five (5) stages in the conduct of "PROJECT TOKHANG" namely: Collection and Validation of Information Stage, Coordination Stage, House to House Visitation Stage, Processing and Documentation Stage, and the Monitoring and Evaluation Stage. PNP Anti-Drug Campaign Plans PROJECT DOUBLE BARREL - ALPHA o To extend and expand the PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign Plan: "Double Barrel" with more focus on the accounting of High Value Target Personalities involved in illegal drugs and progressing towards the ultimate objective of clearing of all drug affected barangays nationwide. o Project TAPHANG under the Project TOKHANG, shall not be limited to residences in barangays but shall be extended and expanded as well to the visitations of PNP Offices, schools and universities, government agencies, residences in posh subdivisions and high rise condominiums, business establishments such as the Business Processing Offices (BPOs), malls, jails, and other workplaces to include also others such as Manpower Service, Hotel and Hospitality Industries, Film and Entertainment Industries, Transportation Services, Escort Service, business sectors, airports, seaports, places of convergence, out-of-school-youths, and still maintaining its efforts in the barangays.
