RECIPE

FIFIN’S MOTHER
Ingredients
• Sweet potato
• Sugar
• Milk
• Grated coconut
• Salt
• Jelly flour
Procedure
1. Washing sweet potatoes with flow water
2. Boil sweet potatoes ten till fifteen minutes
3. Lift sweet potatoes
4. Peel sweet potatoes
5. Smooth sweet potatoes with blander
6. Squeeze grated cocounut with warm water to coconut milk
7. Separate the thick coconut milk with runny coconut milk
8. Mix Runny coconut milk with sweet potatoes, jelly flour, sugar, salt
9. Mix thick coconut milk with milk,
10. Add to sweet potatoes batter
11. Stirr well (wait for it to boil)
12. Add sweet potatoes batter to mold
13. Wait until 30 minutes
14. Jelly sweet potatoes ready to eat 
