1. The BPIOs /PJAs shall be part of the Purok Laban sa Krimen (PLK)

concerns which will be helpful for the feedback mechanism and the
feedback gathered will be used as point of reference to be furnished and
reported to the mayor for his perusal, immediate action, and solution.

6. They shall submit all articles and press releases within 24 hours from the
event/activity to the BPIO Head and the BPIO Head will submit it to the CPIO
Chief for editing and usual clearance before publication.

7. BPIO heads in every barangay will facilitate the creation of their FB page
where outputs will be published.

8. BPIO head duly voted by their fellow BPIOs will be designated as focal
person of their barangay. They will be closely working with the CPIO and
will be receiving Php 1,500 as their monthly honorarium from the CMO-IBA
fund.
