OBJECTIVES

General objective

Design a proposal to improve processes in the production system of


the Marantá Cerveza Artesanal company.
Specific objectives

1. Perform a diagnosis on the company's production processes


determining the critical points for the application of possible
improvement alternatives.

2. Present alternatives, tools and engineering designs that improve


the current production system.

3. Develop a tool for production planning and inventory control


(MRP).

4. Develop tools to establish total production costs.

5. Establish a set of indicators that provide information on the


progress of the improvements implemented.

6.Perform an experimental design to evaluate the improvements


implemented.

CERVEZA ARTESANAL

The MARANTA company, is a manufacturer of craft beers,


which has a manufacturing plant in Montería located in the San
Jerónimo wineries, it has 2 points of sale in the city of Monteria
and 2 distribution point one in the city of Bogotá (MARANTA
PUB PLACES MALL) and another in the city of Montería
(CARRERA 6 # 26).
Location
The production plant of the Marantá Cerveza Artesanal company
is located in the San Jerónimo Logistics Center at km 3 in
warehouses B-74 and B-75.
