Compensation Benefit - Salary
Salary is credited on the last Day of Every Month
If 30th/31st is Holiday then it will be credited on 29th of the same month
One can either choose any of our Banking Partners to have their Zero Balance
Salary Account with us or One can continue with any Old S/B Account
Ensure that the attendance/leaves are updated to get paid for all days in the month
You should forward bank details at bankaccount@indiamart.com
In case EMP code gets generated post 19th, salary would be paid next month along
with arrears

Marking Attendance
For New Joiners:
1st week - For Attendance of Shubhaarambh period New Joinees have to raise AR
2nd week - ( Branch) Single Sign-in in hr.intermesh.net ( from valid official IP Address )
till Finger Scan is done
Once Finger Scan done then, Scan Finger in the Morning before 9.30 am
(Noida 142) Only Finger Scan ( Morn & Eve )
Managers must approve the requests ( Leave & AR ) timely to ensure that their team members do not
incur loss of pay
WebERP/MERP of Managers will get blocked if subordinates 2 days Old Leave / AR is not approved
In case of Pre planned Leave, the employee can apply for leave in advance & get it approved from his
supervisor OR Leave /AR should be raised within 3 days of Absent date

Attendance Regularization & Half Day
There are 5 Travel AR’s also in case some one is Travelling on behalf of company
New Joiners get 5 ARs for Shubhaarambh week which is over & above normal Monthly ARs
Half Day – Applicable for Non Sales people only. Half Day will be marked if Total Working hours are
4.5 hours or less than 9 for a given day
HRMS update Time – Attendance will get updated in HRMS within 24 hours of absent time

Holidays are determined as per the calendar year and 10 Holidays are provided in a
calendar year
Three Restricted Holiday per year , which will lapse if not availed
Only 15 leaves will be carried forward to the next year out of Total No. of credited
leaves in this year, Excess over 30 leaves will be en-cashed & paid in the salary

If there is absence of 20 or more days, one will not get the credit of leaves for that month
All Saturdays are off for Noida 142 . For Branches only 1st Sat of the month is off

ELIGIBILITY
The employee must have completed 9 One can apply to all cross functional job
months with in the current functional area postings and vertical job posting up to one

Provident Fund
PF in IndiaMART is Optional if salary above Rs 15K & mandatory if salary < = 15k per month
PF amount deducted will be 12% of Basic Salary or Rs 1800 which ever is lower
e.g – If basic salary is 8000 then 12% of 8000 i.e 960 which will be deducted
If basic salary is 20000 then 1800 will be deducted
Employer & Employee Contribution is part of ones CTC
If some one applies for PF , Rs 3600 or 24% of Basic Salary will be debited from
account every month
One has to put a request to HR or Finance to get PF deducted
Only Employee Contribution will qualify for Tax Benefit under Section 80C
It is a Compulsory Saving Every month. Once started it cannot be stopped in between
One will get interest on PF as per prevailing interest rate
