Rules
Rule #1:
Be Courteous

TURN YOUR PHONES INTO SILENT MODE
OR SLOWLY LEAVE THE ROOM
TO TAKE AN IMPORTANT CALL.
Rule #2:
Participate not Dominate
ALLOW YOUR VOICE TO BE HEARD.
RAISE YOUR HAND UNTIL YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGED
BY THE COMMAND GROUP
AND BE STRAIGHT TO THE POINT
WHEN VOICING OUT YOUR CONCERN AND/OR
OPINION.
Rule #3:
Share Ideas and Ask Questions
TREAT EVERYTHING YOU HEAR AS AN OPPORTUNITY
TO LEARN AND GROW.
LISTEN INTENTLY TO UNDERSTAND
REFRAIN FROM “BUILDING YOUR OWN STORY.”
WE SEEK UNITY, HENCE DISAGREE WITHOUT BEING DISAGREEABLE.
BE POSITIVE, NON-JUDGMENTAL AND OPEN TO NEW IDEAS.
Rule #4:
Close Decisions and Identify Action Items
SETTLE ALL ISSUES AND CONCERNS
AT THE DURATION OF THE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
TO IDENTIFY IMMEDIATE AND APPROPRIATE ACTIONS
TO BE TAKEN.
Rule #5:
Record Key Concerns and Follow-up
TAKE NOTES TO UNDERSTAND
AND REMEMBER THE DIRECTIVES OR TASKING FOR YOUR
OFFICE OR REGION.
GATHER FURTHER INFORMATION
TO REINFORCE OR EVALUATE
A PREVIOUS ACTION.
Rule #6:
Stay
UNLESS IT IS URGENT,
REFRAIN FROM CONSTANTLY LEAVING THE ROOM
TO AVOID MISSING OUT
UNIQUE PERSPECTIVES OR OPINIONS.
Rule #7:
Observe Proper Usage of Desk
Microphones
1. SHORT PRESS THE POWER BUTTON ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF
THE DESK MICROPHONE TO TURN IT ON AND OFF

2. PRESS THE TALK BUTTON ONLY WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN TO


SPEAK

3. TURN OFF THE TALK BUTTON AFTER DELIVERING YOUR


MESSAGE TO AVOID SIGNAL INTERFERENCE AMONG THE DESK
MICROPHONES AND GIVE WAY TO THE NEXT SPEAKER.
